I have received an email from a courier saying my pieces have arrived but I have not received them. What should I do?

If you received an email from a courier saying your pieces have arrived, but you haven’t received them yet, there’s no need to worry. In some cases, this email means that your pieces have arrived at our warehouse and are now in the hands of your Style Concierge. 


They will be brought to you at your confirmed appointment date and time, as mentioned in your confirmation email and SMS.
